A visionary and an innovator, Gautam Jit Kanwar is the President & Founder of BelWo Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
Gautam has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology. He started his career as an IT consultant at MCI Telecom (currently a division of Verizon). In 2002, amidst the changing scenario in the IT industry, he launched BelWo Inc. and rolled out document composition and automation solutions to PSPs (Print Service Providers). From there on he never looked back and consolidated a team of CCM (Customer Communications Management) experts.
He is proficient in Offshore Outsourcing, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, Agile Methodologies, and CCM tools like GMC Inspire, OpenText Exstream, etc. Outside work, he is active in volunteering activities and social services.

Rijoy leads business operations, account management, presales, and service delivery across North America. With over 15 years of experience in CCM and IT services, he’s passionate about aligning tech solutions with business goals to drive client success.
A PMP-certified leader and former Capgemini professional, Rijoy joined BelWo in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys personal development podcasts, family time, and walks with his dog, Cooper.
Prachayani (Nina) Kanwar is the VP - Global Operations at BelWo, bringing extensive expertise in operations management, execution excellence, and strategic policy planning. She specializes in driving Customer Experience (CX) transformation, optimizing Customer Communication Management (CCM) frameworks, and leading Human Resource Management & Development initiatives within IT services environments. With a strong track record across industries including print, healthcare, insurance, banking, and education, she focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, enabling scalable processes, and delivering customer-centric outcomes that align with business growth objectives.
Bajrang Lal has been with BelWo since 2010 and currently serves as a Director of Delivery, where he leads solution architecture, drives innovation, and ensures the successful delivery of complex customer communication strategies. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies, spending time with family, and staying active.
Arshdeep Singh is a senior business leader with years of experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM), account management, and pre-sales consulting. As Regional Director (Europe) at BelWo Inc., he leads client engagement, solution strategy, and delivery execution across enterprise accounts.
His expertise spans client relationship management, solution design, pre-sales support, and end-to-end delivery leadership. He works closely with clients to understand their business needs, shape solutions, and ensure successful outcomes.
Arshdeep is a certified PMP and holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology
