BelWo is a sponsor at Inkjet Summit 2026 in San Antonio — an invitation-only executive event for leaders evaluating production inkjet technology, software, and services. Meet our team April 27 through 29 at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country.
The Inkjet Summit is an invitation-only, all-inclusive experience for senior executives who need a clear view of how production inkjet printing technology, software, and solutions will affect their business and investment decisions.
Attendance is restricted to senior managers and business executives actively involved in researching, purchasing, or implementing inkjet solutions. Participants work through boardroom case studies, pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings with solutions providers, and peer-to-peer sessions that are difficult to replicate at larger open-format events.
For qualifying attendees, the event is fully complimentary — travel, accommodation, meals, and all programme activities are covered. Sponsors participate through structured case study presentations and pre-arranged executive meetings.
BelWo is a global managed services provider with more than 20 years of experience in CCM. The company develops, deploys, and manages solutions for enterprises and print service providers across four continents, serving over 100 clients worldwide.
BelWo's work spans the full CCM lifecycle — from migration off legacy platforms to building omnichannel digital communication programmes — serving clients in banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, print service providers, and accounts receivable management.
Print service providers are one of BelWo's established industry verticals. The company has worked with PSPs across North America, Europe, and Australia, helping them move from legacy output management platforms to modern, scalable CCM infrastructure.
PSPs handling transactional, direct mail, or commercial print for enterprise clients face specific CCM demands: high-volume output across multiple formats, integration with variable data systems, and quality assurance processes that keep error rates low at scale.
At Inkjet Summit 2026, the BelWo team is available for focused conversations with executives working through decisions in the following areas.
Two members of the BelWo leadership team will be attending Inkjet Summit 2026. Reach out before the conference to schedule a meeting, or connect with them directly at the event.
