Senior Project / Program Manager – Quadient Inspire Evolve Migration

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of legacy customer communication applications to Quadient’s secure, cloud-based Inspire Evolve platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex software, application, and cloud migration initiatives, alongside proven expertise in program governance, cross-functional leadership, and large-scale technology delivery. This role requires strategic oversight, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive digital transformation across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase migration program, ensuring alignment across technology, business, and operational teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project and program roadmaps, including scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic business objectives.

Migration Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with technical architects and business analysts to define the application and data migration strategy for Quadient Inspire Evolve.
  • Support data integration, workflow configuration, and batch processing design within the Evolve platform.
  • Ensure smooth transition from legacy CCM platforms to Inspire Evolve with minimal business disruption.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop contingency plans and escalate critical risks where necessary.
  • Coordinate organizational change management to support adoption of new processes and solutions.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Facilitate clear communication with technical teams, business owners, executives, and external vendors.
  • Manage relationships with Quadient representatives and other third-party partners.
  • Ensure expectations are aligned and all stakeholders remain informed through structured governance forums.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, QA, and business users.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative, high-quality delivery.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Monitoring, Reporting & Governance

  • Track project and program KPIs, milestones, deliverables, financials, and resource utilization.
  • Produce clear and concise executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates.
  • Establish governance structures to support decision-making and program oversight.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all deliverables meet organizational quality standards and adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Validate that application and data migrations are complete, accurate, and fully tested.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 4+ years in application, software, or cloud migration projects.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-project programs in complex enterprise environments.

Technical & Platform Knowledge

  • Exposure to Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms; experience with Quadient Inspire Evolve is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions, interpret system workflows, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Project & Program Methodologies

  • Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and PMLC frameworks.
  • Experience managing hybrid delivery models.

Tools

  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complex environments, and work under pressure.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
