We are seeking an experienced Head Operations India to plan, direct, and oversee operational activities within our organization. This role is essential in developing and implementing efficient, cost-effective systems to support both current and future organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Define, implement, and optimize operations strategy, structure, and processes.
- Manage budgeting processes quarterly and annually with full P&L accountability.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, proactively identifying and solving efficiency challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge across all phases of operations, ensuring cohesion.
- Provide operational support and guidance to teams across the organization.
- Interview, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing operations management team.
- Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership.
- Handle unexpected operational issues and troubleshoot effectively.
- Represent the company in internal and external events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by attending events, monitoring competitors, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Identify, train, and develop emerging leaders, establishing clear paths to management.

- Experience working in organizations with 500-1000 employees across multiple locations.
- Proven experience with business scaling, managing transitions, and addressing scaling challenges.
- Demonstrated change management experience and operational leadership, with the ability to make strategic decisions for expanding verticals (e.g., prioritizing people, technology, and workflows).
- Skilled in managing complex delivery processes, even without a technical background.
- Comfortable leading calls and showcasing best practices.
Requirements: Must hold a U.S. visa and have experience with U.S.-based captives.
