The Dallas office of BelWo Inc is looking for a Technical Lead with at least 5 years of experience working in an IT consulting environment.

You should have hands on experience of all phases of software project life cycle and have demonstrated experience both building and leading a project to completion. In addition to being technically strong, you should also posses the ability to communicate well with others. You will work closely with all disciplines of the company, from the account side, project management area, creative side and the technology team – working across the life of a project to ensure an on time and on budget delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis and preparing Statement of Work
• Implementation planning, coordination and delivery
• Installation and ongoing maintenance
• Training and supporting end users on developed applications as well as business processes
• Seeking out avenues for improving customer processes
• Hiring and training junior team members
• Ensuring that our services are delivered with industry’s best practices

Technical Skills and Professional Experience:

• Combination of strong technology skills and business acumen
• Excellent inter-personal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to quickly develop rapport with customers
• 2+ years experience in delivering solutions to U.S. customers using offshore (and onshore) teams
• 3+ years experience in interfacing with customers in person and via conference calls
• Adept at giving technical presentations in front of small to medium size groups
• Highly proficient in data analysis, deductive reasoning, and technical trouble shooting
• 5+ years experience in SQL Server/ MySQL/ other relational databases
• 5+ years experience in software development, preferably web technologies (.NET/ PHP/ PERL)

Education and other Qualifications

• Technology related Bachelors or Masters
• Strong initiative; must be self motivated, and able to learn and work autonomously
• Comfortable with travel to customer locations

We are currently looking for outside sales people who can help us grow our portfolio of clients in the DFW area. We are very passionate about our online marketing and web design business and the opportunities out there right now in the search engine optimization/internet marketing field.

In this position you will:

• write letters/proposals to possible new prospects
• add exciting new clients
• research prospects
• follow-up call prospects
• work closely with the BelWo account managers to close the sale

We are looking for both full time(base + commission) and part time (commission only) positions. The position will be a perfect for seasoned sales professionals who routinely talk to decision makers and have a track record of closing sales.

If you are considering this position as part time, you will be able to work from home as it will be commission based with no specific office hours. If you can envision your current customers having a potential for doing business online, we will love to talk to you. We have experience across many verticals and are actively building relationships with sales professionals with varied back grounds.

You don't need to have experience in the internet marketing industry or website development as our account managers will handle all the technical questions. What we do need is experience in sales, advertising, marketing, social networking or pr. As long as you get the spirit of our effort and have excellent communication skills, you will be a possible fit for this job.

Required Work Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Required Skill Set

• Develop and maintain web applications, websites using PHP / MySQL.
• Design & maintain My SQL Databases & tables.
• Understand, analyze & modify existing popular open source scripts.
• Define standards and guidelines for design and development.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP programming (LAMP), AJAX and OS Commerce.
• Implement strategies to help in scaling the web application and making it faster, intuitive and user-friendly.
• Taking client conferences for requirement gathering, troubleshooting and project related discussions.

Job Description:

• Experience in the following technologies - Linux, Java, PHP, MVC Architecture, Web Services, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript, XML, AJAX etc. knowledge of other programming languages will be an asset.
• Should have relevant experience of managing a portal or should have been important team member of any major portal.
• Should have leadership skills and be able to lead a team of people with different skill sets.
• Should have excellent command over written and spoken English.
