Our System Architects

Gautam Kanwar is the founder of the company and one of the key technical architects. He holds a bachelors degree in Computers from one of India's premier technical institute. Before starting BelWo, he was responsible for managing systems for MCI telecom's in their state wide implementation for New York Department of Corrections. He was also involved in the hugely successful internet startup Cyber Media systems during the early years of Internet.

Rich Eaton belongs to BelWo's key technical group and is responsible for finding technological solutions for business problems. His approach is to keep the customer shielded from technological details yet fully engaged in the highlighting business objectives. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. His previous engagements have included key responsibility in the solutions group for Xerox Global Services.

Dick Scott, a Senior Consultant with BelWo, has recognized performance and achievement in solutions development and implementation for enterprise document management and print production systems. During 35 years of experience, he has worked in Fortune 500 and privately held companies, as well as the U.S. Army. Trained in Six Sigma, he holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and brings BelWo a wealth of expertise in understanding and implementing large projects.
